We want you to be happy with your purchase of Kidversation Cards, a product of Powerful Words Character Development, LLC. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how refunds or replacements are available.

Because Kidversation Cards are printed products designed for family use, we offer limited returns to ensure product integrity.

1A. 14-Day “Get Results” Money-Back Guarantee

We believe so strongly in the power of Kidversation Cards to spark connection that we back every order with a 14-Day Get Results Guarantee.

Here’s how it works:

Once you receive your Kidversation Cards, you have 14 calendar days to use them with your child (age 6 or older).

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must commit to using the cards every single day for 14 days and complete at least 7 meaningful conversations with your child.

If, after genuinely using the cards as described, you do not feel they are helping your family connect, you may return the deck within the 14-day window for a full refund.

Important Notes

- To claim this guarantee, the cards must be returned in good condition with all cards included.

- You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we receive the returned cards.

- We reserve the right to request basic confirmation that the product was used as described (e.g., your written statement that you followed the process).

- This guarantee is designed to encourage real use of the cards with your child. If you put them to work and still don’t see results, we’ll happily give you your money back.


2. Pre-Orders

If you place a pre-order for Kidversation Cards, you may cancel your order at any time before your order ships and receive a full refund. Once your pre-order has shipped, the standard return and refund rules (Sections 3–8 below) apply.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Insert support email].

Provide your order number and photos of the issue (if possible).

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.



4. Change of Mind / Non-Defective Returns

Because Kidversation Cards are printed educational products, we generally do not accept returns for “change of mind” once the product has been opened.

If the product is unopened and unused, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed once we receive the unopened item in original condition.



5. Digital Products (if applicable)

If any digital downloads or bonuses are included with your order, those are non-refundable once delivered.


6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider (typically 5–10 business days).


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges for other reasons are not offered.


8. Sale Items & Promotions

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items, discounted bundles, or promotional purchases are considered final sale unless damaged or defective on arrival.


9. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item (unopened/unused), you are responsible for return shipping.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping (if required).
